A Few Things to Look out for Before Answering Messages

With the onset of SMS and email, communication has taken a whole new dimension. Gone are the days where you would send a letter that would sometimes get lost along the way after waiting for a long time. However, SMS and email still have some minor pit falls. For instance, some people do not know how to reply messages correctly. They may use informal language while the message they received was formal. Some even leave out vital information in their reply.

There are a few things that someone should look out before answering messages. The first important thing is to read the tone of the message. Is this message crucial? These are questions that you should ask yourself. You should also be able to know whether the reply should be formal or informal. In addition to that, you should know what is expected of you in the reply before answering messages.

A Little Privacy Can Go a Long Way

I have always been a private person. I do not like messing with other peoples business as I like to keep my business mine as well. And with all the sites for social networking sprouting right now, nothing compares to the options that you have on the facebook interface. I read up on the facebook help privacy and there the options were. I decided to not let people search for me on facebook and to not show my other pictures on the net itself. Only friends can see my wall and my common friends were also hidden. I do not like being added because I was someone elses friend. Not that I am antisocial and stuff like that, I pretty much would like to keep my circle of friends to a minimum. I do not like having to run over people and say hey were facebook friends, that would just be utterly absurd. With technology being accessed by everyone, it is great to know that in this ever small world, there are still barriers that people will have to go through to get to you.

Jokes by SMS

For everyone who loves reading jokes like I do, there are quite a few really good a-joke-a-day services for Hindi jokes online. I used to visit over ten sites every day to find the joke I could share with my friends. We have this trend in our friend circle to tell a joke every time we meet. So, it’s like telling a new joke every day. So, like me, we all used to look for some good new jokes on the net almost every day. But all this has changed for me a few days back, when I found a really good SMS alert service to receive two jokes per day. These jokes are picked specific to the choice of subject you make when you sign up for the service. The service can be used free of cost, with one advertisement sent after every second SMS you receive. I don’t mind reading an advertisement every few SMS and neither will my friends I guess.
